About Us

KSN has an excellent rapport with the engineering departments of the local utilities and public agencies, and is well respected both locally, and in Sacramento, for its ability to work through difficult regulatory issues with the various State and Federal permitting agencies, including the US Army Corps of Engineers, the National Marine Fisheries Service, the Central Valley Flood Control Board, the State Water Resources Control Board, the California Department of Public Health, the Federal Emergency Management Agency, and the California Department of Water Resources.

In addition to our private sector clients, KSN currently serves as consultants to over three dozen communities, special districts, and local public agencies in the Central Valley and Sierra Nevada foothills.
