The California Department of Correction’s Mule Creek State Prison Level II Infill Complex has received yet another award recognition. Region 9 of the American Society of Civil Engineers has selected the Mule Creek Project as the 2018 Construction Project of the Year. KSN provided the civil engineering, surveying and mapping for this $300 million fast track Design-Build Project that was successfully delivered to CDCR in just 24 months. KSN continues to provide civil engineering services to CDCR on several followon projects.
