Mr. O’Regan joined Kjeldsen, Sinnock & Neudeck, Inc. in 2014 after twenty-seven years of professional experience in the public and private sectors. Mr. O’Regan’s practice has focused on water resources and flood control, municipal engineering, construction management, and land use planning. To date his career assignments have included the study, planning, design, financing and implementation of major flood control system improvements; infrastructure implementation and management of municipal engineering functions for a large city; construction management for public and private infrastructure improvement projects; and land use planning and entitlements for large master planned communities. 

As a Principal of the firm, Mr. O’Regan is responsible for providing program and project management expertise to public agencies in planning, designing and implementing public infrastructure projects.
