Mr. Neudeck has been with Kjeldsen, Sinnock & Neudeck, Inc. since 1982, and has extensive experience in the planning, design, and construction of a wide variety of water resource and public works related projects. As a principal in the firm of Kjeldsen, Sinnock & Neudeck, Inc. since 1989, Mr. Neudeck is responsible for planning, designing, estimating, contracting, and managing projects undertaken by the firm.  Mr. Neudeck’s background provides him the expertise and capability of handling all phases of project development, from the initial planning stages through the operation of the completed project.

Mr. Neudeck currently serves as the District Engineer and local agency representative for numerous special districts in central California. Mr. Neudeck is a recognized authority on flood control in the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta and often is called upon to testify before the State Legislature and Congress on flood control related matters.
