Mr. Colwell joined Kjeldsen, Sinnock & Neudeck, Inc. in 2011 after eighteen years of professional experience in the public and private sectors. Mr. Colwell’s practice has focused on municipal water and wastewater, and agricultural water resources in the western United States, including planning, permitting, studies, design, and construction management. Mr. Colwell’s early professional experience included volunteer work as a civil engineer in Ecuador, where he spent nearly three years with the United States Peace Corps designing and constructing rural water and wastewater systems.

As a Principal of the firm, Mr. Colwell is responsible for municipal and agricultural water-related projects and for larger construction management projects undertaken by the firm.
