The scope of the Stewart Eberhardt Essential Services Building project included a four story (100,000 square foot) essential services facility for the City of Stockton and an eight story parking garage with approximately
800 parking spaces. Kjeldsen, Sinnock & Neudeck Inc. (KSN), working as the civil engineering consultant to Turner Construction, provided the site surveying, boundary analysis and mapping services for this project. KSN prepared the construction documents for the site grading, storm drainage, domestic and fire water, sanitary sewer, street reconstruction, and concrete flatwork for the project. The project delivery method was through a design/build contract between the City of Stockton and Turner Construction.
Total time from the commencement of design to final occupancy by the City of Stockton, was approximately
20 months. Total project cost was approximately $22,000,000.00.
