The Yuba City Water Treatment Plant Phase I Expansion Project consisted of mapping and design of improvements to the Plant’s low lift pump station and raw water pipelines.  Kjeldsen, Sinnock & Neudeck, Inc., as surveying consultant to HDR Engineering, Inc., provided services for existing conditions topography mapping, bathymetric surveying, utility mapping, preliminary boundary mapping and pipeline easement descriptions over the project limits. Project mapping was based on stereo black and white aerial photography flown and controlled to meet National Mapping Accuracy Standards of 1” = 20’ scale, with 1’ contour intervals over the project limits. Utilizing this information, the design team prepared plans and specifications for submittal.
